Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Direct Checkout with debit/credit card (secured by Stripe)
• AfterPay 
• KilimRugStore gift cards

Your item(s) will ship within 2 business days of completion of payment.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic returns can be made on most items up to 10 days after date of purchase for in-store credit or exchange. Just send an email to info@kilimrugstore.com for return instructions.  

Item must be in the same condition as it was upon receiving. 

In-store credit never expires. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping on any/all returns. 

Privacy

We will only use your contact information, including shipping and billing addresses, for the following purposes:

• Order fulfillment
• Order-related communication
• Bookkeeping

Additional Information

• Our vintage kilims and rugs are lovingly inspected, cleaned, and repaired before shipping
• Some vintage kilims, rugs, and accessories may have slight imperfections, blemishes, or other age-related “character”
• Because our items are each handmade and one-of-a-kind, most are not perfectly symmetrical
• We do our best to provide detailed background information about our items
• We measure each individual item as accurately as possible
• Because of differences between monitor displays, some colors may appear slightly different in person
• KilimRugStore reserves the right to refuse any sale or shipment
