Vintage Turkish kilim rug from Mut district of Southern Turkey. Mut region is located on the mountain foot of Southern Anatolian Taurus mountain range and it is mainly inhabited by former Turkish nomads and those nomads are specialists on weaving kilim rugs.

Mut kilims are woven with the natural wools of the local sheeps and the lovely motifs on the kilim are hand embroidered knit by knit
